FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of market research in my area for my level of experience. I start at $100 for refreshing and updating current resumes spanning to around $400 for full write-ups and cover letters. I am open to discussion when it comes to pricing as I enjoy the work and networking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Receive current resume from a new customer. If the client does not have a resume the process starts with a discussion to create a rough draft resume. 2. Ask the customer to answer a few questions regarding career goals and what they would like done to their resume. 3. Work at revising the resume 4. Send final draft to customer for approval 5. Make any final changes 6 Send final copy of resume/cover letter in two formats (reasoning for this explained during process - this is KEY to catching the recruiters eye)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology which has taught me how to look in between the lines of resumes to find out who the applicant truly is and if they will fit the position. I can apply this knowledge to your resume and create the right format for your industry. I have five years of full cycle recruiting experiences spanning multiple industries and career sets.
