- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we start training, we’ll have an initial meeting. This gives us a chance to get to know each other. We'll go over your fitness needs and how we can help. If we're a good match, we'll schedule your first day. It's as simple as that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Josh has his master's degree in health and human performance at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as certified in Exercise is Medicine and CPR/AED. Christine has her bachelor’s degree in exercise science and has a history training hundreds of clients through corporate wellness programs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with all types of people. We've helped people lose over 50 pounds. We've also trained serious athletes gain the competitive edge. We've even worked with people wanting to get their cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar back in control.
