Introduction: Personal training is more than just telling someone how many sets and reps to do. Beginning health and fitness is a lifestyle change, and we’re here to support our clients as they evolve. Our clients have unlimited phone and email access to us. Clients often call from the grocery store, for example, needing help with a nutrition label; or clients travel for work or vacation and are unable to train, so we'll write them a workout plan they can do in their hotel room while their gone. By creating this support system, we've been extremely successful helping people accomplish with their goals. In fact, we limit the number of clients we work with to ensure they have the best support possible. This is truly a concierge personal training service. What's not to love? Not only do we get to teach people how to lift heavy things, but we also get to pass out high fives. Win & win.

I have been working out with Christine over the past six month. She is an incredible instructor and has taken the time to design a workout plan just for me. A few months ago a friend challenged me to a race. When I jokingly told Christine, she took the challenge seriously and worked with me on a plan to get faster, and most importantly, not get hurt. Christine is a great trainer to work with, and I always look forward to our workouts! During our first workout together Christine made it a point to ask me my goals. At the time I had just started training for my first half marathon, Christine was great about researching and helping me complete work outs that would help my running!

Christine loves her work and she really tries her best to deliver the results her client requests. She's friendly but isn't afraid to push you harder than you think you can go. Christine was on time and ready for the session, even early morning.

Christine is great at setting up a training program that fits the client's desired goals. She changes up the routine to keep it interesting as well. She is always friendly and just fun to workout with.

Christine works with me on personal training. When I arrive, she has a plan and is ready to get started. She is very professional and keeps things moving but listens to what your goals and concerns are and adjusts the training accordingly. She is careful to watch form and ensure that you do not get injured. When I have to adjust my schedule she is very flexible and willing to work with. I have an easy time communicating with her as she is a good listener and works hard to encourage and achieve goals. I feel I have improved my physical shape significantly with the direction of Christine. I would recommend her as a trainer.
