I hired Onsite Plumbing to swap my existing electric water heater with a tank-less electric water heater. They had to modify my existing copper pipes to accommodate the tank-less heater and install a T&P valve drain (the heater being removed did not have a drain so this needed to be added). In addition to installing the new heater and hauling off the old one they also assisted with locating my septic system (we've had contractors fail to locate it but Onsite Plumbing found it in 2 minutes) and checking the water pressure on my household to ensure pressure was being properly regulated. These guys showed up on-time and were very courteous and professional. Upon completion of the job they cleaned up and left the work space better than it was before they showed up. The quote they provided on thumbtack exceeded my expectations due to the quality of the service they provide. They strive for perfection and I can assure you won't be disappointed. I am very happy with the work on my home. I had galvanized pipe throughout the house as well as to the road. Everything was replaced. On-Site found some unseen issues. I was immediately notified and had those issues resolve. I was kept in the loop from the beginning to end. Fair, honest, respectful and top-notch workmanship.

On Site was quick to respond to my issue and kept me informed at all phases of the repair. I am have rental property all over the US and this particular property was over 2500 miles from my current residence and his repair and professionalism even received a good response from the tenants.
