- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try not to send out estimates without having seen in person or through photographs exactly how dirty the job is. This helps us get a better aim on exactly how long it will take and what tools we'll need to get it done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we'll first contact via email just to get acquainted with them. Then we will speak on the phone and set up a time for us to come out and take a look at the project they're needing to be done. Finally, we'll put a face to our name and come out to inspect the project and properly introduce ourselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout the company, we have 20 years of family operated pressure washing experience.
