- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer individual and package prices and am willing to work within someone's budget within reason. Additional Travel fees may apply if you are outside of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake or Portsmouth. Typically prices are as follows: Bride (including providing lashes and application): $135 Wedding day attendant or mother of bride/mother in law of bride: $100 - add lashes and application: addtl. $10 Special Event/Prom/Boudoir (including providing lashes and application): $115
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to my clients about what kind of services they are expecting regarding if they want lashes/lash application as well as the style of makeup they are looking to achieve. I highly recommend my clients send me picture references so that we can be on the same page with what they want for their special day.
