Our fees are based on different types of services ranging from personal, small groups, educational, corporate, or private events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The following steps are followed; 1. Phone conversation (informal introduction and general information) 2. Initial in person interview to assess the details and the intent 3. Start the training/coaching program 4. 6-9 month inter sessions to discuss progress and productivity 5. 12-18 month closeout sessions to review and celebrate the growth and achievements. 6. Continue guidance and coaching as needed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I start working in this field because as I started working on growing my financial business I found that new associates I was training needed coaching and training in areas that transcended the basic skills of products/services. Most individuals were thirsty for personal and life achievements for themselves and their families.
