I hired Miles Brazan with All Maintenance a few months ago to complete a basement renovation and bathroom remodel. They did an AMAZING job... Not only was the price competitive but they were able to start the job 3 days after I approved the estimate. They far exceeded all of my expectations and I would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. I dealt with Mr. Brazan directly, he was very polite, always at the jobsite and kept everything clean. The job was done exactly on time. I will highly recommend All Maintenance to anyone. Miles installed installation, drywall, baseboards, and bi-folding doors. He also painted the doors, walls, and baseboards. An electrical wire was not up to code and he identified the error and informed of problem immediately. We agreed to have him install a bx electrical line.
Miles responded to a request for an estimate immediately and scheduled an appointment for the following day. He was knowledgable and skilled as he completed the repairs himself with little assistance. Miles was confident and trustworthy with THE most fair pricing of three contractors. I purchased the materials for the job and although this was a different experience for me, he presented several options and remained flexible with an emphasis on quality customer service. He protected my home and cleaned the area each day before leaving. Trustworthy contractors are rare. I'd definitely hire him again and recommend him.

Mr. Brazan replaced dry wall and painted several areas throughout my home. He was prompt, professional, and completed the job flawlessly! We use him for our condo building maintance needs as well.I would recommend him and his team without hesitation.

Miles is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He effectively remolded my washroom to the point where I feel like I am in a hotel washroom. In addition, he is working on doing to electrical re-wiring work in my kitchen. For the great work that he does, he prices are very reasonable/competitive. I thank Miles for great quality workmanship.
