Saying Alex is a fantastic coach would be an understatement. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and experienced across a wide array of fitness regimens and philosophies, but he tailors his coaching to the unique needs of each individual. As a result, my workouts with Alex were very productive, motivating and fun. Most importantly, he helped me achieve the results I wanted. I would highly recommend Alex for any of your fitness needs.

As a former college athlete, I was very used to structure and guidance as it relates to fitness plans. Alex helped me get back on track by formulating a personalized plan for me that incorporated both familiar and new philosophies to my training. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone seeking a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Alex was fantastic to work with and really understood what my goals were. With a hectic work and social schedule, he was able to find creative ways for me to change my habits in a meaningful way. I would recommend Alex to anybody looking to make improvements to their health while fighting a busy schedule.

"I would have to say that I was very impressed with the consistent push Alex provided me, even when I would miss habits he helped me find better ways to achieve my weekly exercise and nutrition goals that fit best with my schedule. My favorite aspect was that he assisted me in finding healthy meals I could cook (and I'm no chef) that fit my picky preferences. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to improve their lifestyle and reach their health and fitness goals!”
