FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic installations have a standard pricing structure. But not every installation is basic, so we try to have a flexible pricing structure that results in fair pricing for the multitude of electrical issues that our clients encounter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in communication. It is important to talk to a customer about their electrical problem and to fully explain the alternatives to solving them. We are as upfront as possible about pricing. Sometimes there are instances when a set price is unknown due to unseen parameters. No one can see behind walls, or inside of light fixtures right? So we take the time to keep our clients informed so they're not blind-sided by surprises. An informed client, is a better client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a five year electrical apprenticeship, followed by years of work as a journeyman electrician, foreman, and electrical instructor.
