Best mason I have used. I removed a window and AC unit and he had to brick in the holes. Great work. Will use again for larger jobs.

There's not enough words in the dictionary or space in this box to say all the wonderful things about Joshua. He is incredibly hardworking and is very knowledgeable in his field. The work he did for me looks amazing. He was able to find brick to match and matched the mortar. You can't tell work was done or which bricks were replaced it looks so good. He is very professional and in general a great guy. Looking forward to working with him in the future and will be recommending to anyone that asks.

Very easy to work with. Super professional. Completed the job in the timeframe estimated, in the quality expected which was important for us being a Restaurant/Bar. Always calls to check back to ensure the quality of his work which is a nice bonus! Can't go wrong here!

Tyler's Restaurant even set me up with a local brew and a burger! Good communication coordination. We worked overnight to stay out of the way of customers. This job was repair work on a manufactured stone fireplace which had some signs of deterioration. We got it fixed up by the morning.

Beware of this provider I previously provided glowing feedback went strong for several projects and then couldnt completes projects on time and with quality expectations. Poor communications, and business administration. He requires tremendous oversight to drive project completion. He was paid on time and as agreed and still complained.

Work was for Kohl's dept. stores. As the mason contractor, I entered into contract with Painter Ready (Geoff), the upper tier contractor. I performed about $75,000 in work. I received one down payment of 4k; I financed the remaining for multiple projects. Painter Ready awarded contracts faster than paying for completed ones. I chose to stop to wait for payment. Payment was guaranteed and not rendered; I stopped all work. Geoff stated he was not going to pay. I filed a lien. I spoke with Kohl's management and found out that Geoff entered into contract with Kohl's with a guarantee of completion within 30 days of start date. Those provisions were not included in my contract with Geoff. This is fraud. I worked on Kohl's stores days and nights, all over the country. I never once met Mr. Santner in person. Mr. Santer took deductions from my payments for contracts we entered into, for his own company's insurance policy payments. I did good work for Kohl's; I cannot work for free. Mr. Santner ultimately had an untrained contractor finish the final project after I started it, and it was ruined.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reply to leads and your direct requests to get into contact with you. Initially, I will provide as much information as possible including numbers. I may ask for more pics or request access to the site if needed. Believe it or not, it is the case that I can often produce a proposal to perform the work based on detailed pictures and descriptions...so long as I get enough diverse pics. I introduce myself and my service(s) as applicable to your project posting. I will inquire with you about your project scope, your scheduling, budget, insurance needs, and chosen (or not) material type. As the Mason, I work with a network of material suppliers, and am open to working with yours when applicable. I am specific as to deliveries and placement(s) on site, and timing, and material quality. After familiarizing with your project scope (we kindly ask for copies or .PDFs of drawings/blueprints when available), I will provide you with a written and detailed proposal which will include terms, and execution - cleanup details. When an agreement is made, we get to work. I am open to counter-offers to my proposals; be advised that I spend considerable time planning your project and make every effort to give a fair, competitive price. Be advised also that due to regulation, reputation, and risk, we do not do sub-par projects, cut corners with building codes or with safety...ever. Instead we focus on efficiency and responsibility in planning and execution and in doing quality work. And, we love our work! Execution begins with an assessment of the site for safety and compliance needs. We then arrange for stationing and set up, execution, along with delivery and placement of materials.
