Excellent 1 on 1 pilates instructor. Explains the tough exercises really well, which helps me a lot.

Jillian is a thoughtful and challenging instructor. I started Pilates because of my back pain. After 3 lessons, my pain was gone and my body just kept getting more toned. I look better than before I had my daughter!! I'm a Pilates devotee for life and Jillian definitely knows her stuff!
