What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figuring out the customers main issue. Assessing the condition of the bathtub or item in need of refinishing/painting and what outcome the customer is looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of experience cannot compare to a few training classes! However, all of our technicians are professionally trained by a special training technician and must pass multiple tests before they are out on their own.

Always ask for a written warranty! Beware of cheap inferior products and craigslist ads.

Ask about the warranty and if it's written. Also ask if they guarantee their work. Are they licensed and insured? Beware of cheap and fast!
