- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment methods are Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. I also provide invoices for clarity! Refer a friend? I will give them 10% off their services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initiating a phone call after reviewing the work you wish to have updated is key to getting started. I like to go over your past and future career endeavors, and any other relevant information regarding a target industry. I request that 50% of the quoted Thumbtack price is paid prior to revealing the first draft and I guarantee the first draft to my clients within 48 hours of communication. **If you are looking for a quicker turn-around, we do offer a rush fee with each writing piece! We are proficient in turning around resumes, cover letters, and web presence profiles in less than 24 hours!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in English and Communications. I am currently working on becoming a certified Resume Writer with NRWA.
