I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science, ISSA master trainer, NASM MMA certified, Specialist in martial arts conditioning certified, transformation and weight loss expert, nutrition certified via ISSA, Giroud group training certified, crossfire level 1 certified, and retired professional athlete.

Amazing trainer, really gets into the science behind all of his workouts and informs you before putting you through them, great inspiration and definitely a one of a kind person who truly cares for, and about the trainee.

Reinaldo's understanding of physical fitness is out of this world. His attention to detail and knowledge is of world class. He is great at motivating you and making you feel comfortable with your work outs. After one session with him my confidence was boosted beyond belief. I got out of the Navy in 2007. Reinaldo Sanchez introduced me into Fitness & mixed martial arts after getting into a bad habit of drinking as a sailor. I always knew I was a competitive person so he found something that can motivate me and challenging for me. Once I started and I saw the results the only thing I can say after that is. One National Championship later in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and three gold metals in International competition....This man and these people are the real thing and you will most definitely see results. A+++
