- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Catering charges are either based on quantity (e.g. per dozen or per piece) or number of people. Extra charges applicable for delivery and setup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me about my services, I will promptly respond within 1 business day and setup a call as per your availability to understand your needs, dietary preferences and restrictions, location/venue, date and times, and then work with you to provide options based on what you’re looking for and your budget. I like to have at least one week of time to plan and execute for your event, but appreciate more time for larger events.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always been passionate about cooking since I was a child and I've learned a great deal from my mom, and grandmoms. I also attended the Kendall College in Chicago to get a diploma in Culinary Arts.
