About this pro
I hope this project is the start of a long-term business relationship!May 16, 2018VerifiedJessica Y.'s reply
Thanks Mikelle! I really enjoyed working with you on this one, and would welcome any future projects you might have for me.
Jennifer was very pleasant throughout my project. She is always available to answer question and has an excellent project turnaround time. She worked with me to bring my vision to life and make my brand more “eye catchy.” I called her personal brand manager. Compared to other consultants out there, she offered a great service for an unbeatable price. If you are a small business looking to rebrand and design projects, Jessica is your girl! She will be with you from the start of the project until you accomplish your vison. Leave the branding to friendly experts like JessicaMar 23, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I feel that different projects can demand different pricing models -- when design exploration is a focus, an hourly rate is appropriate. At other times, a flat fee can be negotiated. One thing that is consistent is my commitment to meeting and exceeding my client expectations. My goal is to make happy clients that will refer me to others, so I will never leave you hanging!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to start out by getting to know my client. Not just their current project, but their niche, things they like (or don't!) and their plans for the future. A project's design should consistent with my clients' brands, and knowing what projects may be on the horizon can help build a solid foundation with room to grow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My undergraduate degree is from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana where I studied Industrial Design. I received my MBA in Marketing Management from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. I worked several years in the Trade Show industry designing booths and marketing. The bulk of my career has been in the events industry, including corporate and private special events, where I've designed room decor, signage, marketing collateral, floral decor, and even furniture. My unique background in so many facets of the industry gives me an edge in creating thoughtful, and successful, designs.
