All around great experience working with VC FIT. I’ve never been in better shape in my life. I have learned so much from these two. Whether it’s nutrition, form, or the all around science of the human body, I find myself learning more and more every session. I love these two. Great work guys!

The app has provided a direct connect to my trainer when I’m unable to work with him in person. Cesar uploads my workouts & I show up do them. He has videos that show proper form so there’s No confusion on what to do. During my workout I enter my numbers & through the messaging section in the app Cesar holds me accountable, provides feedback & offers encouragement & support. So far this program is really working for me and I would totally recommend the app & definitely would recommend Cesar as a trainer:)
