FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price my clients based on the actual work and needs, I believe I remain very competitive in terms of price and taking into consideration, communication, shoot time, and then delivery. Pricing differs with each client, there's no way I can charge one client who only needs 5 images the same price for someone who needs 25.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After confirming the project, understanding EXACTLY what the customer is looking for is priority #1. This then sets the foundation for logistics and then execution. Understanding any possible challenges and developing a "plan b" is also part of the process because sometimes things don't always go as planned. Having a plan B makes the client more comfortable and realize I truly want to make sure they have a great experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of photography, ranging from professional sports to portraiture and even pet photography, my dog Emmie is probably my favorite model =)
