FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on location, the size of your home, and how long it would take. One time jobs and the first time for a recurring client are generally more expensive because the first deep cleaning always takes longer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get to know the homeowners on the first time so that they can show me around and tell me what their preferences are in order to personalize their cleaning through their requests on anything specific other than the usually dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general tidying up. When it comes to cleaning I play attention to the details such as the ceiling fans, baseboards, windows and window blinds, ovens, any surfaces and everything on top of the surfaces.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a single mother when I first started and it was the best offer out there. I care about this job because it got me through a difficult time.
