FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $95 per hour but our projects are done on fixed bid. We offer discounts to non-profit organizations and military personnel. If you are able to share your budget with us, we can give you a solution that fits within your price range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free Consultation: We communicate with the client (whether in person or over the phone) to discuss your business standing, needs, and where you want to be. Our team takes the information from that meeting and creates two estimates for you (one low end, one high end). 2. On Boarding: We'll then review those estimates and fine tune them until you give us the thumbs up. At that point, we take a down payment and sign a contract to get you in the queue. 3. Content Gathering: Unless otherwise noted, the client is responsible for providing all written content and photos. Our project manager will help you gather this information in an organized way. 4. Design Phase: Once we have your completed content, we wil begin designing your website. This is essentially an image of what your website will look like. We make modifications to this design until you give us the thumbs up. 5. Development Phase: Once we have your approval on the designs, we will begin building a fully functional website for you based on all the project requirements and details. 6. Quality Assurance: Once the website is built, we check it on a variety of platforms and devices to ensure there are no bugs. 7. Final Review and Launch: We'll send you a link to the fully functioning website to give it one last sweep. When we get your approval, we will schedule a day to launch the website.
