I called Bill for repair of about 200 square feet of my roof: it started leaking on Mothers Day. We were desperate and called a half dozen places: he was the only guy to answer and to our surprise he came the same day to fix it. And his prices were cheap.
Besides the convenience he provided, it was important to is that he is fully licensed, bonded and insured.
Equally, he and his assistant Gordon perform all of the work- this way you know that you are going to get predictable results
At the end of the roof project, we began to talk and I found out that he is a fully licensed contractor: we were waiting to renovate our front vanity bathroom and laundry: most contractors were very expensive and unpredictable because I had no idea who would do the worm.
To my surprise, Gordon demoed the vanity, old tile and a connecting wall between the bathroom and laundry:
They put in new drywall, new porcelain tile, re-routed electrical wires, put in a new 240v outlet and changed out the old copper tubes for the washer into new ones!!!
The post is one winded but I really wanted to fully articulate our experience.
Their fee was very competitive with the other rates we were quoted
I fully recommend Bill and his assistant Gordon with the highest rating without reservations

Bill Vail provided excellent service and was easy to work with. His price for the projects were reasonable. We will definitely use him for any future projects that he is able to complete for us. It is refreshing to find a contractor that is reliable, personable and above all, honest.

Mico Services took down a wall, put up support beams, textured the ceiling and walls, removed old ceramic tile and laid porcelain tile.

Bill is a simple and a honest person to deal with. Very reasonable with this price and work for your satisfaction. This was the first time I hired him for a roof work and would be using him for future projects. I prefer to support local contractors and hard workers.
