- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is done according to the difficulty of the job and what its gonna take to do the job. I never cut myself short but am always fair with the customer and give them a reasonable price. I want them to be happy more than I want to make unnecessary money for myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what the project consists of and if there is a time schedule.I then ask the customer exactly how they want the job done so it is up to their standards. I then give them a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in this trade when I was young as a laborer. I learned all the ins and outs from the old tradesmen who passed their knowledge on to me. I have been in this line of work for over 30 years and have learned all the tricks of the trade. I have also learned that the customer is #1 and to always make sure the job is to their satisfaction and done the way they envisioned it.
