FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my pricing is standard. Occasionally quotes can vary due to unforeseeable hiccups, however I am not in the business to gouge clients. In the event the scope of work changes I will gladly negotiate cost to keep the bottom line fair
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a face to face sit down on site to form a game plan for the work involved. If products have not been selected I will offer advice but leave final decision up to those who hire me. I am willing to pass any savings along that I receive on materials as I am mainly providing "labor only" bids. I do carry accounts with multiple distributors to keep your cost minimal
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began woodworking in 1999-2008. My trades varied from building custom cabinetry, to framing, to management. When the housing market took a turn in 2008 I had to adapt and used the skills I had previously learned towards remodeling. I became heavily involved in tile and granite. My titles rapidly grew from fabrication, to installation, to installation manager for a large business. I ultimately decided to work for myself to insure the best quality available is provided without tremendous overhead
