FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to price by the time a job will take, location, & equipment needed. Most times my rates begin at $125/ hour portrait or commercial work, for weddings or events $200/ hour. Since the digital revolution I give over the work entirely so clients own their own images. I do work with professional labs so they can use my resources for prints or order thru my web system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone consultation with any type of portrait or commercial work to get a sense of the job. With weddings I like to meet onsite to get a detailed plan of the day. We would discuss things like wardrobe, location, turn around time & deliverables.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
