- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price quoted will provide you two visits with our health coaches. Within these visits you will receive a tailored diet outline, workout routine and supplement schedule. Also, always remember investing in your health now means preventing the bill to repair the damage that will be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients will download and print 3 intake forms which can be found on our website. These forms should be completed and brought in at your first visit. We will also plan on doing a BIA test (Bio-Impedance Analysis), which is a non-evasive test to gather a wide range of health markers. For this test we will need you to fast four (4) hours before your appointment (unflavored water is allowed during this time). In addition please avoid all caffeine and exercise for 24 hours prior to the appointment.
