- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All quotes include everything to deliver whats needed including delivery/setup if required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to reach out and try to assess the customers needs right away. Its all in the details so we ask very specific things about the customer to see if there are any little extras we can tie in to make it more special that they'd might not have considered. We secure the date and details with a minimum deposit and the rest can paid upon delivery if extra time is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive over 15 years of training and experience in the culinary world although new to this site.
