ERS was hands down the best cleaning service I’ve ever used. Expectations on what was to be cleaned were discussed in detail prior to the service, what I explicitly stated I wanted cleaned was cleaned and what I did not mention I wanted cleaned was left alone. I think this is an important characteristic for a business because it protects both the client and the business itself to have transparency and clear communication on expectations. However, ERS exceeded my expectations, my home looked amazing when they were done. If I could give this business 6 stars I would and I highly recommend Elliot Residential Solutions to anyone wanting exceptional home cleaning.

Worst experience ever!! I should have paid attention to the fact that before I used them, there was only 1 review which he probably wrote up himself. Beware! Elliot quoted me $125 (cheaper than all the other quotes I received) so he got picked for the job. I gave him the code to the empty apartment but he chose to ask for pictures when I mentioned that the previous tenant had left the bathtub and the apartment in bad shape. I sent him a picture of it and he asked me if $150 was fair to which I agreed. Mind you he didn't have to clean any walls or do anything to the carpet because the place had been freshly painted and the carpet was going to be replaced anyway.. so that was work he didn't have to do as part of a normal cleaning. However, when he was done, he sent me a bill for $213 and then was rude and harassed me and my agent lady who all I asked her to do was check to make sure the work was done well when the job was completed since I am an out of town owner. But he threatened to destroy her real estate company (over $63 !!!) even though she wasn't part of this and all negotiations were done between him and I. This guy is a fraud!!! He quotes you a low price to begin with and then jacks up the price by incorrectly stating the number of hours they were there to do the work to increase the final price. I would stay away from this company!! I have his harassing texts and agreed price to prove it.

I quoted you at an hourly rate and was more than upfront with that fact. I didn't harrass you, I have a right to collect a debt. During the job, I called you after the time limit/agreed upon amount had been reached and told you that more time was needed to clean the filth that you most certainly neglected to share (cockroaches, mouse poo, trash) and you exploded at me, but agreed to allow more time to clean. My employees gave you 4.5 hours (onlu charged you for 4 + tax) of deep cleaning in a disgusting situation and you refuse to pay for the service you received. Plain and simple, "Gerald". If that's your real name.
