- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our monthly management fee is calculated on the amount of time and effort the Board desires. Some communities want Cadillac service and others are more self sufficient and desire the most competitive management fee while meeting the needs of the community members. We work for and with you and the community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact with the Director of Business Development for Towne Properties Management- objectives for making a change in the management service to the community association Board- Meeting with the Board- Management agreement proposed- Start date set. Pretty simple and straight forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Towne Managers are required to carry the Certified Manager of Community Association from the National Community Association Institute (CAI) as well as continued education through Towne University and outside resources.
