- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge a set hourly rate for most services such as Administrative Support, Document Management and Form Completion services. In some cases I may have to charge separately for mileage, postage or photocopies. But only if I have to pay out of pocket for such expenses. I have found that oftentimes one project leads to another or additional services are needed to meet the customer's goals. In such cases, I will discuss any additional services and obtain approval before additional charges are incurred. I want to make sure your budget and timeline for your project are met. Your expectations are the only thing that should be exceeded!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will listen to your situation to learn what you need to accomplish I may ask specific questions to determine what steps to take and to gather information necessary to complete the task. I want you to be certain that I understand the importance of your situation and that you understand what I can do for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in accounting and have 25 years of experience processing and underwriting home loans.
