- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different depends on my time and how much custom work there is to be done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them what they want. Offer some suggestions, inform them of product options and then give them a final price. I keep them informed the whole time and dont quit until theyre 100% satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years experience from cabinetry (owned my own custom cab o.o net shop for 5 years. I've done finish carpentry for a decade. (I love to creative custom trimmwork masterpieces). I learned painting from the best and used what worked for ke and added some practices to the craft of my own. I build custom decks. I install vinyl fencing and railing which I enjoy. I do cement work (driveway replacement and porch caps. Appliance installs such as ovens and microwaves, sinks and disposals, dishwashers and refrigerators. I do flooring from laminate to linoleum and hardwood floors. I really enjoy metallic.epoxy floors for my artistic side. Wouldnt be complete resume without drywall (repairs,patches,texturing and finishing.)
