FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is going to be different. We've been doing this for many years now an so bidding out a job is easy. I welcome anyone to contact us and ask any questions they may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always provide a free estimate. Depending on the job this can happen on the spot or even over the phone. If the job is a larger job we may need to compile a large amount of information and then provide the bid a few days later. Once a customer has said, "Yes we want you" we set a date to begin the job. If the job is over $500 we do ask for 50% of the cost up front and the other 50% when the job is complete. We are fully licensed, have a 2 million dollar insurance policy through Farm Bureau and are bonded. We do many commercial jobs for secure military facilities, restaurants late at night and even customers homes so we do background checks on our employees, and I as the owner an on 99% of all jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS from the U of U in Business Administration with an emphasis on operations. I've flipped several homes and have been involved in construction and real estate for ten years.
