- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We submit a quote based on your needs that includes upfront cost of equipment. We also inform you of the cost of monitoring service on a monthly basis and length of agreement. Once you decide to take our offer, we get in touch with you via phone or email and start the approval process. Once approved, we set up an appointment for installation and activation. Our technicians are highly professional and courteous. *Upfront price of equipment (if any) is paid in full prior to installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our sales staff is highly trained and very knowledgeable with offices in and around all of Florida. We adhere to industry leading corporate standards. Our technicians are professional and clean with an average of 25 years experience.
