- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each job is different, I do not have a set pricing system. My strategy is to meet with the client, gain a complete understanding as to their needs in order to make an accurate and holistic pricing model tailored to the clients specific project, of course while staying within the clients budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My philosophy is to meet with each client personally up front. This is very important for me as it gives both of us an opportunity to establish a rapport. For me, professionalism starts with trust, period! And the first meeting is where it all begins. I am a good listener, and new clients have the opportunity to explain to me their goals, objectives and budget considerations. From there, we can begin to partner and work on our approach to their project. It's a team effort.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduating in October having earned my second Master's Degrees. This one in Business & Organizational Security Management. My first Masters is in Management & Leadership. I was trained by very skilled and meticulous tradesman who were honest, and provided an exceptional end product for customers.
