FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work of a contingency. For most cases our fee is 33.3% of the recovery. That amount moves to 40% if we need to litigate. The fee varies from case to case. For example a workers compensation case has a lower fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the client, understand their injuries. Explain the process to them, and what I'm going to do for them. Once we take the case, I have a conference with my paralegal and direct them on what needs to be done. We perform an investigation in house, if further investigation needs to be done, we have the best investigators on-call.
