- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our catering packages offer strong value pricing, and we are flexible in providing a broad variety of dishes not on our standard catering menu. Delivery fee varies according to the distance to the venue, starting with $15 within a 10-mile radius. Service fees differ for drop-off catering vs. providing service staff.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we provide a quote, we offer the guest flexibility in their menu choices and work with them to ensure we meet their budget needs. Our initial contact is typically online, and we follow up with phone calls and/or face-to-face meetings to support our clients in creating events that exceed their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our executive team has combined experience of over 40 years in creating and managing restaurant brands, and we have a veteran staff who are trained culinary experts.
