- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer customized packages designed to best support my clients' needs and budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 1-hour consultation to ensure that my client and I are a good fit for working together. If we are not, I will refer them to one of my peer coaches. Going forward, we design a coaching strategy and package that best supports their goals and timelines. As an Energy Leadership Index Master Practioner (ELI-MP), all clients who work with me as part of 3-month or longer package receive a free ELI assessment and debrief.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified professional coach through IPEC, an accredited coaching program through the ICF, in addition to being an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). Prior to coaching, I worked in corporate as a marketing, communications, and PR professional with more that 8 years of experience, five of which were spent abroad in Germany in international PR and marketing agencies
