- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to standardize pricing being that no two jobs are the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to establish a relationship with my customers and most importantly understand their needs as well as use for the said project/addition/repair or replacement. If requested, I educate my customers and provide feedback based on previous experiences about their current project or any other work that they ask about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of experience and some trade courses.
