- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The goal of my agency is not to give the lowest prices, but to add the best value to the trip and fill it with pleasant, memorable moments. This is what matters most when you travel. I assure a quality, comfortable smooth and hassle-free trip that comes with a price. All our itineraries are unique, uncomparable, prepared especially for the individual clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive the form on the website filled out, we prepare the first draft for client’s review. The clients usually make few changes until the itinerary looks exactly as they imagine it. After the approval of the final draft, I send an approximate estimated price of the package suitable for a comfortable and quality trip. With adding more value to the trip, our packages are not comparable to any other package or pre-arranged trip. At that point, the clients register and pay the agency fee on our website and we start working on the trip in details - step by step.The agency fee protect me from clients who are only looking for us to do the research, use the information, shopping around the Internet and then book the trip elsewhere.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the travel business for more than 15 years, working for tour operators, cruise lines, airlines and travel websites and successfully running my travel agency Felix Travel LLC founded in 2004. Since 2012 I narrowed my niche to Europe only and created the website europecharm.com. I am native European with vast experience in exploring most of the European countries with their diverse culture and rich history. I have earned certificates and taken courses at the Travel Academy. I always keep myself up-to-date with the latest trends and travel information.
