- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally from a web / mobile app we will have a two or three man team, which consists of one SCRUM Leader (project manager) billing one-two days a week and one - two developers billing five days a week. Typical developer bills $350 / day and the SCRUM Leader bills $500 / day. We also have done a number of MVP's for fixed price of 5,000 USD. This pricing is just to give you an idea of the costs. We will always discuss with you first and come up with a mutually beneficial approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would want to setup a Skype / Video Call and have a short discussion to understand the customers needs for their site / mobile app, and also to get to know each other a bit and see if our personalities mesh, which help things move along smoothly should we end up working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I are all trained professionals, While I have a CS degree, my team is varied and they have everything from CS degrees, degrees in Physics, Biology and Marketing. More importantly though, we have worked together for some time and focus on just building web and mobile apps using the same technologies over and over again, this allows us to become better with each and every project.
