Introduction: I love what i do. I really love to see my clients smile when the job is done and they get to see the finish project. I take pride in my job and I'm very tedious with the things that most people may look over. I know what quality is. I don't mark up the cost of my product so I dont make money on materials. The customer gets the cost they would pay in the store themselves. Im honest and 100% reliable. I work hard to get it done as perfect as possible. I love the finish project. I love to do tile and hardwood. It is a passion of mine and I take pride in it. If you see something you don't like, I can fix it.

We would like to thank Tile Works for an amazing job performed at our location. We don't have much flexibility with our schedule so the work needed to be done properly and on time the first time. Patrick was thorough and was glad to explain the process which is very comforting. Patrick from Time Works was awesome! I had some damage to my laminate floor that was in the middle and he replaced the floor. My floor looks great. He also tiled my bathroom floor and it looks great too! I am very pleased on how things turned out. Patrick was very professional and got the job done before his estimated time which was three days and he got it done in two. I am definitely recommending Tile Works to my friends!

We needed a complex tile installation done on, and around, our bar area after adding granite. Simply put, we found Patrick to be a craftsman. He listens to his customer, provides expert advice, is meticulous in his work, and does the job on time and on budget. I have set cost for certain jobs. Such as a custom built shower pan.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new customers is to first take a look at the project and see if I can help with any design advise. Next is to without doubt take accurate measurments of the area needing the work and give the customer the cost without any worry that there will be any hidden charges. Message me any questions you have. In most cases, I'll beat any prices quotes you get.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in south Louisiana where the hurricanes are profound and the damages done are worse. Working with my family's business from the age of 12 til I was able to succeed on my own and carry on the heritage of helping others in need. I've learned a great deal of customer service by seeing others in need as more important than my own. You and your happiness is my happiness. I am also a Christian owned and operated business because I believe that the Lord's integrity in upholding honesty and loyalty is important. It all stems from good morals which I hold to.
