I had a terrible experience with this business. The job involved counter tops and a small floor area. After working on the counter tops, Mr. Martinez took pictures of the finished work. However, I found an area in the bathroom that needed extra work. Within a minute after them leaving I discovered they had left some of their materials in my kitchen sink and texted him. Then, within another 5 minutes and after putting things back in place I discovered that there was damage to drywall above the counter in the bathroom where the touch-up was done. I called immediately and complained. He said he'd have to come back another time to see. Then, I discovered another area of damage in the kitchen area. Both were damage to the drywall, and the gouges are deep enough to require drywall repair before paint. I've been told by Mr. Martinez that I must be lying. I am not. He made three appointments to come back and look at the damage, and he failed to show every time. EVERY time. Now, he's not responding. I doubt I'll use Thumbtack again unless I can get some relief for this damage. I cannot recommend this vendor at all even though the work was satisfactory. I shouldn't have to hire a handyman to repair this damage. For him to insinuate in a text message that I'm lying is not acceptable. For him to waste three days at home waiting for him to arrive is also not acceptable. I sent him pictures of the damage, but am not savvy enough to post them here.

We pride ourselves on doing the right thing. At all jobs we take before and after pics of our work . We show the clients these pics and of course our work is inspected before we leave. Ms Dangerfields insinuations of wrongdoing are unfoundeded.We are sorry she is upset , but according to her own words the work was satisfactory.. The damage described is well above the the counters and not in an area we worked in. i would be happy to make any repairs necessary for a reasonable compense. My only complaint is who is here to protect the worker? we did good work quickly and efficiently only to be accused of wrongdoing... We have the pics showing no damage prior to our departure. Proving out integrity is intact... Type your response to this review.

Needed a smaller convenience stores floors stripped and waxed. Had three different companies respond to my request within about 10 minutes, but Mr. Martinez was the only one who responded with more than two or three words, so I went with him. Within just a couple of hours he had come to the store to give me a quote, and was able to get me scheduled not only as soon as I needed the job done, was even flexible with the odd hours I asked to have it done. I not only will continue to use RestorePro, I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a problem free, honest and fair interaction. L.F. , Colorado Springs, Co.

Tony and his assistant cleaned/polished my hardwood floors and steam cleaned bathroom floors and showers. They were fantastic! I had two showings of my house today and both realtors complimented the floors. Tony is very professional and his results far exceeded my expectations. I had a time limitation and he was very kind to rearrange his schedule to accommodate me. Great job!
