- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always want to be fair. We strive to be accurate in our initial bid so there is no adjustments, or changes half way through that dramatically increases cost. Fair and honest work at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen. First and foremost. Make an honest evaluation of the work, and be transparent with the customer. So they have full confidence in the job being completed on time and done right.
