FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer rates for individual sessions. This will give people the flexibility to pay as they go. I also offer package options. This is the best option for someone who wants to make a full commitment to reaching their goals and receive a little savings as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client or student I like to have a short meeting (either in person, over the phone, or via email) to get a better idea of their wants and needs. This meeting is at no charge and allows me to determine if I would be a good fit for what they are looking for. For nutrition and life or wellness coaching clients, I send a follow up email after each session to recap the items we covered. I will outline "homework" to help you continue to move forward in reaching your goals. I will provide a list of any resources that may be related to topics discussed. I am also happy to provide recipes, meal ideas, and food prep tips for nutrition clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nutrition: M.S in Holistic Nutrition and wellness coaching certification (American College of Healthcare Sciences) Life Coaching: Certification through the ICF Yoga: 200 hour RYT additional trainings in Yin yoga (100 hours), Restorative yoga (30 hours), Yoga Nidra (30 hours).
