- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our preferred method for providing support services is flat-rate support. This helps us act as a virtual IT Department, thereby reducing concerns with cost, etc. since we don't charge more for additional services. Online marketing fees vary by service, and are all customized per client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Relationships are key to success. I begin by getting a good idea of what the pain points are, review how we can solve them, and process the contractual items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
