Overall my experience was ok with Nick and his wife. They did good in many area's but I can see where they rushed some and it didn't come out as good as I'd hoped. They did many little projects for us, which I know is hard to begin with. They were 2 hrs late the first day, and almost a no show on day two. They did try and make it up with 2 hrs of work for free which I greatly appreciated. I did find about 3 good size area's in the bathroom they painted, where they missed. It's not the end of the world but I will have to go back and repaint soon. There was one items I did mention a few times I really wanted done that didn't (towel rack fixed). However, again, this was a decent job overall. My best recommendations to them for future success is; they have very high energy, but to much rushing can make projects sloppy or missed. It also can put the home owner feeling like it may be rushed and also not as thorough. Otherwise, they have the skills, and are good at what they do. The last is defiantly work on if you pick a time to show, make sure you are there. Or if an emergency comes up let the person know asap so they are not waiting and waiting. Just that alone can negate any future good work as that does stick in ones memory. 7.5/10 overall, again, this was not a bad experience just could have been better. The good stuff: The Bar came out great, hanging the TV went well. The drywall texture was AMAZING!, re-hanging the boxing bag went well, replacing the bathroom fan went also well.

Nick and Liz were wonderful. I had them move furniture and hang art for me. They were eagerly receptive to everything I asked of them. They were neat, supplied their own tools and were courteous. They were very reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

single phase projects are usually flat bid w/materials included. multiphase projects are labor bids customer covers materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduction of course and then I give them some background on our experience. Followed by a look at our portfolio as well as references.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself have experience in management, bookkeeping, commercial maintenance and customer service. Combined my C.O. & Lead craftsman Nick an i have well over 25yrs hands on experience.
