FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The estimate depends on the products chosen, and the size of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have spoken with you, we usually set an appointment to meet, talk about what kind of damage your roof has sustained, or talk about what you would like to have done. We can assist in picking out styles of roofing products whether its shingles, clay, composite, metal, or steel coated metal as well as helping match it to your existing architectural style and color. We want to stay within your budget as well, so we will always keep that in mind as a top priority as too. If your roof is damaged, we can inspect your roof, gutters, siding, skylights or anything else that was damaged and give you an estimate to repair and/ or replace the damage. We will also answer and explain anything that is related to your quote, insurance claim, as we understand how complex and confusing it can sometimes be. Also, since Andrew has a Class C General Contractors License, he can do it all! (((You wont need to contact another contractor if another more complex issue presents itself!)))
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ Years in the Construction industry, on the job training as a construction worker building new homes, rehabbing homes, etc. before achieving the General Contractors License.
