- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first we like to go out personally and give a bid either me or one of the other owners witch would be one of my brothers. And after we spend some time giving the bid and getting to know exactly what the customer is looking for we try to get it done. And no matter the customer we don't get paid until the job is done and the customer is satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education that I have in the asphalt concrete and dirt work Industry is experience, everything I learned how to do I learned from being on the job and tackling new projects and making sure that it was done right. Sure their were times that I made mistakes, but that only showed me not only the how to but also the how NOT to we have over 15 employees and everyone of them know how things need to be done. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in it my grandfather started The company in the company in the 1960s we are family owned and operated and are still growing here in Colorado Springs
