Terry display the utmost integrity and professionalism. I had a timeline and everything went perfectly and according to plan, thus taking a lot of stress off my shoulders! So, I was premature in my praise of this "company" and I use that term loosely. When Terry finished the framing, it appeared he had done a good job and as thumbtack kept emailing asking for a review, I left him one as he is a new "company" and I figured he needed the "leg up." However, things quickly deteriorated after that and for some, unknown reason, Thumbtack refuses to let you remove errant reviews. First, the job that he assured us was supposed to take a week to two actually took two months. That’s right, two months - and that was after the framing was done. There was always a reason for him not showing up when he said he was going to and we were supposed to just understand. It didn't matter what claims he made as to how long it would take or why he wasn't there, we were expected to just accept it. When we tried to hold him to his promises and time frame, he said he was feeling victimized. Really? As far as the pictures he showed us initially, I'm thinking they weren't even his work. Pride was not evident in our basement finish job. There are many areas that were not textured and many other areas that are inconsistent in texturing. There is texture and/or mud material stuck all over our floors, fixtures and windows. Our door frames are all different sizes and not one of them is standard. We took over 100 pictures of mess, texture or lack thereof, completely missed areas and in one instance, a hole left next to the shower (uploaded just a few). We are going to have to pay someone else to come in and clean up the mistakes and mess that was left behind. I could not, in good faith, leave my positive review for someone to read and think they might hire him after what he put us through.

I go on a "By the project" bid. I believe in doing a clean job, with quality material and stay in the budget the client has to spend.

I like to schedule a free estimate and we walk through the job details together. I want the client to let me exactly what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had 20 plus years of working side by side with General Contractors, Architects, Superintendents, Homeowners, Inspectors, Interior Designers and other tradesmen to ensure the drywall, paint and plaster finishes are turned out on time and correctly per expectations.
