- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. I have standard pricing for certain trades. Other trades fluctuate for a variety of reasons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal with every customer is to earn trust first and foremost. I want them to know that the money they spend is going to achieve the goals they want to achieve. I am always transparent and straight forward. Honesty and quality is my company's motto. My process reflects those values.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in construction for most of my adult life. I've learned the different trades and have done most of them myself. There are certain things in this industry you can't learn from a book. My degree is in business management, my education accents the experience I have very well.
