- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a basic pricing for regular services. Prices varied when hair is longer or thicker and using more product. I do give referral discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a detailed consultation. How much you are willing to maintain the style and how long you go between services so that you get the most from your visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've trained with Matrix hair color. ABC hair cutting at Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica, CA. I've worked for Regis where we trained once a month on customer service to color and cutting. Self educated as well just working over the last 16 years.
