Introduction: SPN aims to revolutionize the way that people effectively learn how to live a nutritious life. Traditionally, people see a nutritionist or dietitian in an office setting where a pen and paper are the tools used to determine lifestyle changes. With SPN, nutrition is learned in the kitchen and outdoors where the connection is made with your fuel and movements. What I enjoy about the work I do is - that the thing I enjoy most IS the work I do! Nutrition is my passion and I enjoy helping others with it more than anything!
